At Umoja Shoe Company Ltd, we want you to step out in confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer, ensuring you include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
